Winter is a solicitor in the Private Client team advising on all aspects of private client work, including wills, succession planning, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney and advice in connection with trusts and estates. She provides practical, straightforward advice and takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate complex legal matters with confidence and clarity.

Winter joined Milne Moser in 2026 after spending over a decade working for respected firms across Cumbria. She has a particular interest in agricultural estates and advising farmers, landowners and rural business owners on succession planning and private client matters. Her approachable and down-to-earth manner helps clients feel at ease when discussing some of life’s most important decisions.

Outside of work, Winter enjoys skiing during the winter months, running, watersports on the lake and spending quality time with her husband and three daughters.”
