Joshua Rankin

TRAINEE SOLICITOR

Josh is from Ulverston and gained a degree in law (LLB) from Liverpool John Moores University in 2021.

Josh joined Milne Moser as a Legal Assistant in 2022 working within both the private client and conveyancing departments.

In 2024, Josh was offered a new role as a Trainee Solicitor at the firm and is currently undertaking his LLM Legal Practice Course (LPC) alongside his training contract. He is due to qualify as a solicitor in 2026.

Outside of work, Josh is a keen rugby player of both codes and enjoys going on the many hikes the Lake District has to offer.

Stephen Greenwood has overall responsibility for matters relating to residential property.
