Stephen Greenwood

HEAD OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

Stephen Greenwood is Head of Residential Property at Milne Moser, bringing extensive experience in residential conveyancing and property law.

Stephen qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in October 1998 and is also a CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner. He has spent many years advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions.

Throughout his career, Stephen has built a strong reputation for providing clear, practical advice and for guiding clients smoothly through the conveyancing process. He also contributes to the wider profession as a member of the CILEX Conveyancing Reference Group, helping to shape policy and best practice within conveyancing.

Outside of work, Stephen is a keen football fan and a committed supporter of Blackburn Rovers and can also often be found watching our local team Kendal Town. He enjoys music and walking his energetic Cocker Spaniel. He is also an FA Level 1 qualified football coach, having managed junior teams at Kendal United Junior Football Club. Stephen is also a member of The Women’s and Girls Football Advisory Group with the Local Football Association. He has also previously served as a Governor of Stramongate School in Kendal.
