Wendy heads our Family Law Department and has come with over 25 years’ experience working and specialises in all aspects of matrimonial and family law. She has extensive knowledge, and experience enables her to confidently advise and guide clients through extremely difficult periods in their lives.

Wendy covers all areas dealing with divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, financial disputes, complex disputes relating to children and cases involving domestic abuse.  She regularly advises on pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and separation agreements.

Wendy represents clients within Courts throughout Cumbria and Lancashire.

Wendy is a Law Society Accredited Family Law member and is also a member of Resolution, the professional body for specialist family lawyers, committed to resolving family disputes, including by non-court-based means.

Out of hours she loves walking with her husband and her dog, loves following sport especially golf, and loves just getting out and about over the northwest and afar come rain or shine.
