Justine is the head of our property team and has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with property matters.

Justine has worked in this area since she qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has dealt with hundreds of property transactions ranging from residential properties to farms and property developments. She is continually working to improve Milne Moser’s property services.

Having spent over a decade as a business leader, Justine also advises in business matters.

Justine gained a degree in law from the University of Central Lancashire, before completing her post-graduate diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law.

She worked in London, before joining Milne Moser as a trainee solicitor, in 2003, and became a partner in 2008.

Justine is the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) in respect of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme of which the firm is an accredited member.
