Suzie qualified as a solicitor in September 2003 and is the head of Milne Moser’s  criminal law department, and has extensive experience in criminal law.

She has prosecuted and defended, enabling her to evaluate a case from both perspectives. She has helped thousands of individuals at the police station and the court and can represent on a private basis as well as under legal aid order if granted.

Suzie has achieved full accreditation with theLaw Society’s Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.

Suzie also provides advice in all aspects of Family Law including Divorce, Financial Relief and Private Children Law and is experienced in this area having conducted hundreds of matters during this time.

She is a member of the Family Law organisation, Resolution and she is committed to approaching family matters in a non-confrontational way, helping individuals resolve their divorce, separation and other family problems in an amicable way.  Suzie also practices in residential conveyancing.

Suzie is originally from the Altrincham area of South Manchester. She obtained her degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Sheffield and completed her Legal Practice Course there before working for a firm in Doncaster.

Suzie’s family moved to Kendal in 2005 and, following her wedding in the area a year later, Suzie relocated here with her husband.

Out of hours Suzie enjoys horse riding, dog walking and other outdoor pursuits with her family, as well as getting involved in village events where she lives.
