
Suzie is a Partner at Milne Moser and Head of the firm’s Criminal Law Department, with extensive experience in criminal law since qualifying as a solicitor in September 2003.
She has both prosecuted and defended cases, enabling her to evaluate matters from both perspectives. She has assisted thousands of individuals at the police station and in court, and can represent clients on a private basis as well as under a legal aid order where granted.
Suzie has achieved full accreditation with the Law Society’s Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.
Suzie also provides advice on all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, financial relief and private children matters. She is highly experienced in this area, having conducted hundreds of cases.
She is a member of the family law organisation Resolution and is committed to a non-confrontational approach, helping individuals resolve divorce, separation and other family matters in an amicable way.
In addition, Suzie covers all aspects of residential conveyancing work, providing clients with clear, practical guidance throughout the property transaction process.
Suzie is originally from the Altrincham area of South Manchester. She obtained her degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Sheffield and completed her Legal Practice Course there before working for a firm in Doncaster.
Suzie’s family moved to Kendal in 2005 and, following her wedding in the area a year later, she relocated there with her husband.
Outside of work, Suzie enjoys horse riding, dog walking and other outdoor pursuits with her family, as well as getting involved in village events where she lives.
Suzie also has overall responsibility for matters relating to motoring offences.
