Rebecca A Ladell

PARTNER

Rebecca joined Milne Moser in 2005 as a trainee solicitor, qualified in 2007 and became a Partner in the firm in 2013.

Originally from Arnside, Rebecca has over 12 years’ worth of experience in both Contentious and Non-Contentious matters. She now specialises in Residential Property, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, together with general Civil Litigation.

Rebecca has dealt with hundreds of matters across a broad range of fields during her time at Milne Moser and is the Firms Complaints Partner. She sat as President of Westmorland Law Society between 2015 to 2018 and continues to sit on the committee as the longest standing member. Rebecca has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) since 2011.

Outside of work, Rebecca is a busy mum of two, and as a family, most of their free time is spent travelling and enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer.

One of her proudest moments was being awarded the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award by HRH Prince Philip at St James’s Palace at the age of 18.

Rebecca also participates in local amateur dramatics and singing groups when time allows.

“I cannot rate highly enough the sensitivity, understanding and attention to detail which I have experienced in what has been a traumatic year for me.”
