Milne Moser Solicitors has been honoured with the ‘Residential Property Team of the Year – Boutique’ award at the prestigious British Conveyancing Awards 2025.
The awards ceremony took place on 13th March 2025, at 8 Northumberland Avenue in London, hosted by TV personality Vernon Kay.

Milne Moser Solicitors was shortlisted in two categories: ‘Residential Property Team of the Year – Boutique’ and ‘Conveyancing Firm of the Year (North)’. Each shortlisted firm was required to submit comprehensive evidence of adherence to demanding criteria, including client care, legal expertise, innovation, and a commitment to continuous professional improvement.

The British Conveyancing Awards, now in their fifth year, were conceived to celebrate the efforts of conveyancers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and have since become a significant event in the legal calendar.
The awards have grown to welcome over 400 practitioners on the night and, over the last five years, have seen over 500 submissions reviewed by expert judging panels, recognised 223 individuals and firms on the shortlists, and crowned 75 winners.
