Milne Moser Solicitors has been shortlisted for the Mental Health & Wellbeing Award at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2026, recognising the firm’s commitment to creating a positive and supportive working environment for its people.
The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards celebrate excellence across the conveyancing profession, recognising firms, teams and individuals for their achievements and contribution to the sector.
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Award specifically recognises organisations that demonstrate active leadership support, consultation with staff, training and development, a positive working culture and effective wellbeing support.
For Milne Moser, the shortlisting reflects an ongoing commitment to making wellbeing an important part of the firm’s culture, rather than treating it as a standalone initiative.
Managing Partner Justine Allen said:
“We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for this award. The wellbeing of our colleagues is as important to us as the work that we do. Working within the legal profession can be demanding and we want our colleagues to be able to access support and therapy when they need it.
To be able to offer what our people need, we maintain an open culture where they feel able to speak openly and feel listened to in respect of what we can do to make Milne Moser an even better place to work.
To be recognised nationally once again for that commitment is something everyone at the firm can be very proud of.”
The latest shortlisting follows further success for Milne Moser earlier this year, when the firm was Highly Commended in the Workplace Wellbeing Award at the Modern Law Private Client Awards 2026.
The winners will be announced at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards ceremony on Thursday 19th November 2026 at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.
