Milne Moser Solicitors has appointed Wendy Wharton as Head of its Family Law Department. Wendy brings over twenty five years of experience across all areas of matrimonial and family law.
Her appointment coincides with the firm securing a legal aid contract for family law. This strengthens its ability to support clients who require accessible advice and representation across Kendal and South Lakeland.
Wendy’s expertise includes divorce, financial issues, complex cases involving children and matters involving domestic abuse. She also advises on pre nuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation matters.
Wendy is a Law Society Accredited Family Law member and an active member of Resolution, the professional body committed to constructive and where possible non court based resolution of family disputes. In her role as the firm’s Legal Aid Contract Holder for Family Law, Wendy will also oversee compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements.
