Suzie’s experience encompasses the full range of criminal defence work, from advising clients at the earliest stage of an investigation through to representation in the most serious Crown Court proceedings. Her client-focused approach and attention to detail have earned her a strong reputation across Cumbria.
In addition to her criminal practice, Suzie advises across all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial relief and private children law. She brings considerable experience to this area, having conducted hundreds of matters and developed a deep understanding of the sensitive and often complex circumstances that family law clients face.
Suzie also undertakes all aspects of residential conveyancing work, providing clients with clear, practical advice throughout the property transaction process.
The firm also announces that Rebecca Ladell is stepping down as Partner after 21 years with Milne Moser. Rebecca’s contribution to the firm throughout that time has been immeasurable, and the firm wishes to place on record its sincere gratitude for her dedication, expertise and the lasting mark she has made on the firm and its clients.
