A National Service

If you are asked to attend the police station voluntarily following a road traffic incident of any kind, we can often provide representation for an agreed fee. The police have our 24 hour contact information or alternatively you can contact our office to arrange an attendance.

Following any attendance, we can speak to the police on your behalf keeping you up to date with the case affecting you.

If you are asked to attend Court in respect of a road traffic matter, we can arrange to represent you, so that you do not find yourself in the daunting position of having to represent yourself at Court.

In recent years the Courts have tended to consolidate and reduce the location of Courts that deal with road traffic matters. Despite this, we may be in a position to arrange representation across England and Wales, so please do not hesitate to contact us irrespective of which Court you have been asked to attend.

Milne Moser Solicitors do not hold a contract with the Legal Aid Agency. Whilst Legal Aid for road traffic matters has been reduced in recent years, there are circumstances where it remains available.
