We are delighted to announce that Paige McNaughton has been appointed as a director of Milne Moser Property Limited.
It is almost exactly six years since Paige joined Milne Moser in 2017 as a senior sales negotiator, and she has been instrumental in the development of our award-winning business ever since.
Paige has lived in Kendal all her life and still makes her home in the town with husband Lee and their son, Brody. She still loves exploring the town and surrounding areas, walking and running with her spaniel, Pepper.
After studying at Kirkbie Kendal School (and Vicarage Park School before that), Paige went straight into work at another local estate agency in 2013, and continued her studies at a professional level obtaining Level 3 in Residential Sales in 2015 and Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management in 2019.
In 2016, Paige won the coveted national Rising Star award from Propertymark, the professional body for the UK’s property sector.
Each year, the Rising Star award is presented to an outstanding individual someone that has been in the industry for less than three years but is already making a positive contribution to their employer and their customers, and is seen as a future leader – something which Paige has more than ably demonstrated since becoming Sales Manager at Milne Moser in 2021.
“I’d like to think I’ve always challenged myself to deliver the highest standard of service for my clients and make buying and selling, renting and letting properties a memorable experience for all the right reasons.” explains Paige.
“Being made Sales Manager in 2021 was an additional challenge, given that the country was in and out of Covid lockdowns and the property market was moving at a furious pace.”

And those successes have been plentiful in recent years, with numerous awards at the ESTAs, the British Property Awards and even being crowned Best Estate Agency at England’s Business Awards in 2022. At time of writing, Milne Moser has also been crowned Best Estate Agency in Cumbria at the England’s Business Awards 2023.
