Private Client Lawyer

 

Due to a retirement, Milne Moser have an opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our legal team.

Ideally with a minimum of 5-year’s + PQE, you will have experience of building and managing your own caseload and be able to demonstrate the ability to work on a full range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Tax Advice.

Commercial Property Lawyer

 

Milne Moser Solicitors have a vacancy arising in our successful property team and are interested in hearing from experienced property lawyers who are comfortable managing a diverse commercial caseload and client base.

Legal Assistant

We are looking for an Legal Assistant to join our team at Milne Moser and support our solicitors while mentoring junior staff. This role requires professionalism, expertise, and a dedication to delivering the highest level of client service.

This role is suitable for candidates that have worked within a law firm in a similar position or that of a paralegal, and with excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Kindly note that this role is a permanent position and is therefore unsuitable for law graduates seeking to progress to qualified lawyer status.
