Milne Moser Solicitors have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a varied, busy and exciting role providing full administrative support to our team of solicitors.
We want you to use your own initiative and a proactive approach to:
- Support the team with day-to-day priorities
- Audio typing of documents
- Responding to enquiries
- Diary and file management
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Reception duties
Excellent customer service, a friendly telephone manner, a high standard of literacy and strong I.T. skills (including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel) are essential.
Our legal support team work hard together to ensure we maintain our reputation of providing a professional, friendly high standard of service to all our clients.
Excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude approach will be key to assisting our team of solicitors to achieve our gold standard.
Knowledge of conveyancing would be an advantage, but we will consider applicants from other professional service and admin/office backgrounds. Training will be provided, and opportunities arise to further career development, so this may appeal to graduates.

Salary: £18,000.00 – £20,000 (FTE) per year depending upon skill set.
