Milne Moser Solicitors are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join our gold standard property team, as demand for our services continues to grow.
Applicants should be able to manage a varied caseload, with the minimum of supervision. Ideally, applicants should have experience in unregistered titles, leaseholds, and transfers of part but supervision will be provided where necessary.
We deal with a very varied caseload, including residential and commercial conveyancing, transfers of part, the grant and variation of both residential and commercial leases, farm transfers and overage agreements.
Experience with all or some of these elements will be considered.
Good IT and drafting skills are essential.

Desired experience and attributes for this position:
- Experience as a Property lawyer
- Good understanding of Land Law
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law
- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Ensuring compliance and best practice in line with CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme).
- IT competent – familiar with digital dictation and voice recognition document production.
- Ability to prepare and present reports.
- Effective time management with the ability to work to and achieve targets.
- Ability to deliver excellent standards of client care.
- Good interpersonal skills with both clients and co-workers
- Team player with the ability to work alone and with the minimum of supervision
