Milne Moser Solicitors have a vacancy arising in our successful property team due to a retirement and are interested in hearing from experienced property lawyers who are comfortable managing a diverse commercial caseload and client base.
The role will involve sales, purchases, leases, and agricultural work for a wide range of clients, including charitable trusts. It will also require the development and maintenance of both new and existing client relationships, and the supervision of a trainee.
Experience in business sales and acquisitions for SME’s would be welcomed.
There is also opportunity for progression to a head of department role, and further.
Desired experience and attributes for the role:
- Experience as a Private Client lawyer
- Ideally 5-year’s + PQE
- Able to manage files and work to agreed deadlines
- Confident, friendly, professional and positive
- Able to work under your own initiative

- STEP qualifications are an advantage
